Please join us in our efforts to make breastfeeding the cultural norm in Pennsylvania!

As a condition of membership in the PA Breastfeeding Coalition, you agree to support the mission of the Coalition to facilitate community and statewide efforts to protect, support and promote breastfeeding as the cultural norm across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Becoming a member of the Pennsylvania Breastfeeding Coalition (PABC) includes an agreement giving PABC permission to use photograph(s) taken of me and/or my son/daughter during PABC sponsored meetings or events.  Permission is also granted to use photographs supplied by members.  The aforementioned photographs may be used for marketing and/or education purposes only.

 There are 3 steps to becoming a member.

1. Fill out this form
2. Pay for membership by mailing a check to PABC, PO Box 4 Hannastown, PA 15635 or via Paypal on our website
3. Request to join the PABC Yahoo group by clicking the link on the join yahoo group membership tab on our website, your membership will be approved after we have your completed form and payment.
4. Please be sure you remembered to send your payment.
