Breastfeeding Support Consultants
offers home study and on-site courses in breastfeeding and lactation education, professional lactation and
breastfeeding resources are also available in the form of care plans,parent information sheets, professional texts, videos, research summaries,
a tri-annual periodical, and other educational materials helpful to the practicing lactation consultant. An annual conference, workshops
and other forms of continuing education are also provided. Personalized seminars and inservice programs are provided upon request. Serving
lactation professionals since 1981.
Bright Future Lactation Resource Centre is a distribution center for information,education, and services related to breastfeeding and lactation management: Professional consultations, lectures, courses, professional coaching, teaching materials, printed materials, promotional items, and networking information. Lactation Education Resources offers Lactation Management Training Programs for Professionals, Breastfeeding Resources for New Parents, Breastfeeding Resources for Professionals, newsletters, Information on Milk Banking, and Services & Programs for New Parents. Breastfeeding Course at Wichita State University a 3 credit graduate course in lactation available on line. The Lactation Institute offers undergraduate & graduate education in lactation, granting a BA/MA. Courses are offered through Pacific Oaks College. Also offering lactation charting forms.
